5 things you didn’t know about the Greenfleet team

Did you know that there are 12 people working at Greenfleet? Well, here’s a little behind the scenes article, which will reveal 5 things you (probably) did not know about our team!

1

Our longest standing staff member has been with Greenfleet for nearly 10 years! Marlise, our lovely Admin Manager, joined Greenfleet on May 31, 2006 and has seen many changes in the organisation. From Gippsland to Melbourne, she's seen Greenfleet grow and is a vital part of our success! Happy 10 year anniversary, Marlise!

Our team has perfect gender ratio with 50% female and 50% male staff.

As you know, the saying goes: 'Diversity breeds success'. Our team brings together people with very diverse backgrounds - while 5 of us are from Victoria, the rest comes from interstate (Tasmania and WA) or even overseas (New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France and Vietnam)! So if you'd like to practice your German, French, Maori, Vietnamese or Chinese... give us a call!

In our spare time, we're quite an active bunch: We have a golfer, a singer, two swimmers, a wine connoisseur, an enthusiastic gardener, a sci-fi aficionado, a board game lover, a stamp collector, two rugby fans and a cook in our team!

We're proud to be a flexible workplace. Three of our staff work from home with occasional visits to the office and almost half of the team uses standing desks. Best of all, we're all encouraged to visit our forests as often as possible and expand our work beyond the partitions of our desks!
